Katie Morton and Jennifer Palmer are both intuitives, energy healers, spiritual teachers, and together they are Divinely Guided. Almost every Thursday night they get together on a live video and answer questions from viewers. Jenn and Katie tune into their spirit guides and the guides of the viewers to get intuitive spiritual guidance.

The questions that viewers ask on the lives often receive answers from the spirit guides that contain universal wisdom that applies to all. So even if you think a question a viewer asked does not relate to you, the answer might speak to you regardless.

Summary of Divinely Guided Live for July 1, 2021

This summary does not cover everything in the video. In putting together the summary, we try to pick out some interesting topics that were discussed. In some cases, we add some additional insight to the topics that were discussed via this summary.

Spiritual Growth and the Ascension

It’s a time of difficulty, fear, chaos, and stress for many people on the planet right now. Many don’t feel stable or secure. However, it’s not time to gloss over everything, check out, or try to avoid the emotional discomfort. These are important times for spiritual growth, spiritual awakening, and the ascension of humanity.

To get through these times successfully, we need to look at the difficulties of our lives with authentic truth. We need to connect within as best we can as often as possible. Connecting with ourselves helps us figure out what our circumstances are trying to show us and how we can move forward. It also helps us discover how to find more peace and love inside of us. No matter what we go through with others, it’s important for ascension to keep our hearts open, or to open them further.

There are ample opportunities for us to descend into judgment, condemnation, anger, sadness, or frustration over other people. Do your best to move into unconditional love and compassion for your fellow humans. At the same time, it’s also a great practice to strengthen boundaries and draw the line against toxic people and behaviors. This means taking personal responsibility for our own part in all drama, while having forgiveness of self and others. Drawing boundaries that are loving but firm—and without resentment or passive aggressiveness—is a great spiritual growth practice.

Meditation in order to raise your vibration and to connect with your spirit guides is a fantastic way to accelerate spiritual growth and your ascension process.

How to Get Unstuck on the Path of the Soul’s Mission

When we feel stuck on the path of our soul’s mission, just come up with the very next step you could take. Often times, we come up with a big vision of what our soul work entails. There could be many responsibilities and tasks, from training and practicing, to creating a website, to starting and marketing a business. Then we get overwhelmed and we don’t know what to do first, and what to do next. It’s important to remember that don’t need to know in advance how we will get from point A to point Z. We only need to get from A to B, and then from B to C. Just do what’s next without needing to know what’s after that.

Perfectionism can also cause people to get stuck on the path of the soul’s mission. We might stay stuck on one of the steps, trying to massage our work into perfectionism, with meticulous detail. Remember the soul’s mission is always a work in progress. It doesn’t need to be (and it won’t be) perfect before you begin serving others.

Some people fear that if they make a mistake, their credibility could be shot. But that’s an illusion. Even people who have been through big scandals often recover from their mistakes. When we put ourselves out there, it helps to remember that most people aren’t looking to catch you in mistakes. Most aren’t paying that close attention! Mentally healthy people aren’t looking to cancel you because you said or did something imperfect.

We are all always in an ever-unfolding process and we are never done growing. This takes the pressure off of needing it to be perfect before you move forward. When you put yourself out there, be authentic about where you are in the process. Be who you are and be the inspiration to the people watching you. By putting your imperfect self out there, you will inspire others to move forward authentically and imperfectly with their own soul’s mission. Because imperfectly is the only way it gets done. At the same time, know when you are good and ready to be seen (and when you are not.) Respect and trust your own expertise without exaggerating your success or abilities.

Spiritual Heritage and Guidance

When people feel drawn to connecting with spirit guides, they don’t always know exactly who they should try connecting with. Knowing your ancestral roots as a soul and where your soul came from before this lifetime can help you decide. You might just naturally feel drawn to connect with certain beings, such as religious figures like Buddha or Jesus, or angels, or even extraterrestrials. Go with what feels good to you.

Meditation is the ingress to connecting with spirit guides. Practice observing your thoughts so you can discern between what is yours and what might be messages from spirits. If you don’t think you can figure out your spiritual heritage or how to get guidance, then pray. Pray by asking to know and to be led to the information and connections you need. How to Leave an Abusive Relationship

During this week’s live, Jenn intuitively sensed that a viewer was looking for advice on how to leave an abusive relationship. When someone is in an abusive situation of any kind (work, family, love, etc.), often on a soul level, it’s about learning how to come into their own power. There are ways you can come into your power within an abusive dynamic safely, and a lot of it is energetic.

When ending an abusive situation, don’t play your hand in the physical before you are ready energetically. For example, build your confidence. Don’t shrink from other people. It’s important to build relationships with others outside of the abusive dynamic. Talk to neighbors and coworkers. Establish your existence and be seen by others. This is not to rope someone into saving you. It about taking time to build your world and to raise your level of self-perception outside of the abuse.

Look for support systems and outside resources. Your local or state government might have free or reduced priced lawyers and other advocates or advisors who can give you help and ideas. Find a way to open your own bank account and save your own money, for example, of course considering things like paying taxes that could tip off an abuser. Again, take your time and be strategic, and don’t play your hand too early.

Don’t hand over your power willingly, and don’t give up. Wait until you are energetically and physically ready to leave safely. Move forward in the process learning your value and your worth, no matter what they say to you. Don’t take the mind games personally or believe what they say about you is true.  Don’t let your abuser define your self-concept.

How to Manifest Authentically

When we want to attract something, whether it’s a job, or romance for example, we sometimes think we need to perform for people. We night think we need to look or speak a certain way to impress them. Manifesting what we want is rarely about putting on a show to attract positive attention. Instead, it’s about going within and exuding certain characteristics in a way that’s authentic. It’s important to be imperfectly perfect YOU and to be comfortable in that. Be self-loving and self-accepting, and come at it like: “Take me or leave me. What you see is what you get.”

At the same time, strive to live fully into your highest potential. We all have to work on improving ourselves and being on the highest path of our soul’s mission. We do this more successfully with an inward rather than an outward focus. And then the accolades, the partner, the money, or other outside rewards can come. They don’t come by overly focusing entirely outside of ourselves.

When manifesting, know your worth and don’t discount your desires. Go after what you want in life. Don’t be afraid of feeling conceited or selfish when trying to manifest. Manifestation can be fun, joyful, and healing all at the same time. Don’t hold back in what you’d like to bring forth. A useful tool is to ask yourself and the Universe, “How does it get better than this?” whether things are going well or poorly.

How to Get Through Hard Times

There are two ways we can get through hard times: miserable and complaining, or looking for silver linings. Make an effort to find things to feel gratitude about and try to lift your perspective. We get to choose our experience of life. We can choose our mood and how we think and feel about our circumstances.

It doesn’t always feel that way, but there are always ways to feel better. We can get curious and be resourceful. If one way doesn’t work, try something else. It’s about being flexible and open.

Sometimes we want to accelerate past an experience of life. But there might be a wait time for a reason, like a lesson, methodology, or practice we are supposed to get. We might just want to skip over this season of life, but we can’t and the only way out is through. Sometimes we need to sit with the discomfort to get the lesson or the growth process. Sometimes we need spiritual guidance so we can learn the correct steps.

Instead of attempting to skip past difficulties, sometimes you need to pump the breaks to see what circumstances are trying to teach you. That way you can get the growth process or the guidance. Then we can take the correct steps to grow spiritually and move through the situation gracefully.

Even when things seem dire and we are tempted to push forward into action, we need to slow down. For the best results manifestation-wise, you want to get your energy right before you act. Otherwise you probably won’t get the outcome you desire. You don’t want to push egoic action over what’s for the highest good. You need to get your ego out of the way, get out of fear, and see what you need to heal. Start asking the right questions so you can get to the information that the situation can teach you.
